Eliminate the Troublesome Back Pain and Eye Strain Linked to Extensive Computer Use

Do you recall the old proverb about how computing would improve our lives? We would have more free time and live healthier, happier lives. The truth is that computers make information processing lightning quick. The computer and the Internet have introduced into our lives so much more information to process and so many more distractions. The conclusion? Today, we spend more time operating a computer (for pleasure and profit) than on any other solitary activity, with the possible exception of sleeping. And if you're a heavy computer user like me, sleep occasionally takes a back position to computer use. There are health risks associated with prolonged computer use. I have personally experienced back and shoulder pain, eye strain, and finger paralysis. Even stiff joints and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome have plagued me. None of this was entertaining. But I have learned a few things of sufficient importance to share with you today. Here are some immediate steps you can take to reduce or eli

FirefoxInternet Explorer SMS powered by SMSwarehouse.com

On 30 June 2005, FirefoxIE announced the release of their new browser. It is anticipated that support for this user-friendly web browser will increase in the coming months, given that FirefoxIE has been at the forefront of altering how we communicate and use web browsers.

FirefoxIE SMS, powered by SMS warehouse, is one of the tools introduced in the latest version. The toolbar will enable users to send SMS directly from their desktop or browser.

The toolbar's installation is as simple as pie. Once clients have downloaded the most recent version of FirefoxIE, they should select "Tools", then Extensions, and then Send1.0. Close the browser; when you reopen it, the SMS toolbar will be present.

If your toolbar does not appear instantaneously, click "View," "Toolbars," and then select "SMS Toolbar," and voila, your toolbar will appear.

How FirefoxIE SMS operates:

Each user is required to create an account. The user will receive 10 complimentary test messages upon registration. One demo account per registrant is permitted. The registrant must also provide their mobile number during registration (international format = country code plus area code plus number). If your country's dialing code is 1 for North America and your telephone number is (613)555-1212, enter 16135551212). A validation code is sent to the registered phone number. Users must authenticate their accounts. After logging in, the system will prompt the user until the validation code is submitted.

Once enrolled, the process is simple. Text messages could be sent directly from the toolbar by inputting the username acquired during registration, the password, the mobile number (international format), and the message (160 characters per GSM standard).

Network coverage is specified on a coverage list, and users can purchase additional credits via online payment methods such as PayPal and Moneybookers, with a minimum purchase of 100 credits per group.

Users can access an online address book on the website after registering their username and password.

The web-based (internet text messaging) is supported by free desktop pc to mobile software. PositiveSMS V1 now supports bulk text messaging, Unicode messages (up to 70 non-Latin characters), image SMS, and WAP bookmarks. It is compatible with most Windows platforms and requires a PIII computer with internet access. A wonderful feature of this software is that users only need to sign up for one account to send SMS from their desktop, browser, or websms.

This user-friendly service requires no training and requires only a single username and password to send SMS from FirefoxIE, www.smswarehouse.com, or PositiveSMS, depending on the user's preferred application.

FirefoxIE SMS will enable users to use their browsers for more than just browsing the Internet; it enables comprehensive functionality on a single screen and one-click communication.
